Anyone who’s shopped for a mattress knows what it’s like to be inundated with overly technical features and jargon. But people really just want to know that their expensive new purchase is comfortable. So we decided to shoot straight and position market leaders, Serta, as the pinnacle of comfort, rendering everything else just sorta comfortable.
